14-Day Return Period

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

Exclusions

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom-sized and personalized items. These items are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our customer support team at sales@nostitch.net within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process, providing you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping Responsibility

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Express shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
